To Lead is to Follow (Christ)

How can one lead
When all merely follow?
We're creatures who seem
To value what's hollow

We walk after things
That sit on a throne
They wear the great rings
That control our life's tone

So leading just may
Simply mean to parrot
Something with weight
Something of great merit

If you must lead
Make sure what you follow
Is none less than Jesus
Don't value what's hollow

Wow. Thats an amazing poem. I saw the link on twitter. It seems we all strive to follow worldly things but none of its worth it without Jesus.
